VivaVoice is operated by VivaVoice Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 17136948). VivaVoice provides AI-assisted practice for UK medical examinations — spoken exam-station practice with feedback. It is a preparation aid, not medical advice and not a substitute for official curricula, supervision or the examinations themselves. Feedback is generated to support practice and is not an authoritative mark or a prediction of your result.
You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Paid access is purchased via Stripe. The price, access period and what's included are shown at checkout before you pay. Access runs for the period stated for the product you bought.
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, no unlawful use, and no sharing of access in breach of your plan. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
The site, content and software are owned by VivaVoice or its licensors. Your own answers remain yours; you grant us the permissions needed to run the service and give you feedback.
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee any particular exam outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
